Civil Draftsman (Construction)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans based on engineering designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations
• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions as required
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards
• Assist in resolving design and drafting issues during project execution

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Civil Draftsman in the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of other design software is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on UAE-based construction projects
• Familiarity with local authority requirements and approvals
• Knowledge of software such as Revit, Civil 3D, or similar tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Having own car is a must-project based site

Work Location: In person

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
