Civil Engineer (Fit-Out & Finishing Works) – Dubai Experience ONLY

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with proven experience in finishing and fit-out works, strictly within Dubai. This role requires in-depth knowledge of local regulations, materials, and project execution standards in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fit-out and finishing works
• Mandatory: Work experience must be exclusively in Dubai
• Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality (DM) and other local authority approval processes
• Proficient in reading drawings, site supervision, and managing subcontractors
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of quality standards and snagging procedures

Responsibilities:

• Oversee site execution of interior and finishing works
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage daily site activities, progress reporting, and quality checks
