Civil Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking two dynamic and skilled Civil Engineers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. These engineers will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the company by overseeing multiple projects (3-4 at a time), conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and ensuring the smooth execution of all project-related activities.

This is a hands-on role ideal for engineers who are proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and resolve on-site issues.

Prepare detailed and competitive project quotations and cost estimates based on site conditions, BOQs, and client requirements.

Manage and coordinate the execution of 3–4 projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations.

Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, material requests, and progress records.

Provide technical support to site teams and supervisors as needed.

Report regularly to the Project Manager or senior management with updates on project performance and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site execution, project coordination, and cost estimation (UAE experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.

Proficient in preparing BOQs, quotations, and technical documentation.

Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

UAE driving license is mandatory.
