Civil Engineer

Part-Time Civil Engineer (Procurement & Coordination)

We are seeking a part-time Civil Engineer to support our projects by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact subcontractors and suppliers to request quotations and offers.
• Review and compare quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
• Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely responses.
• Send project details and technical requirements for accurate proposals.

Scope of Work:

• Subcontractors: Gypsum, AC, landscaping, smart home systems, swimming pools.
• Suppliers: Sanitaryware, tiles, marble, wash basins, lighting, handrails, indoor & external doors, gates, furniture, wallpaper.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple quotations at once.

Location: Dubai (with possibility of remote coordination)
