Job Description:
World Legend Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-rise towers, residential/commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist the project manager with planning, scheduling, and resolving technical issues on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in towers, residential, or commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and site execution procedures.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
