Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess structural integrity and feasibility of proposed interior design concepts.
• Review and interpret architectural and interior design plans.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and MEP engineers.
• Ensure that all civil works adhere to UAE safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies, including site surveys.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and tender documents.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech in Civil engineering (required).
• [2–5+] years of experience, preferably in interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, structural elements, and finishing systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
