Civil Engineer

• WORK LOCATION : ERNAKULAM
• Experience minimum 10 years
• A Civil Engineering Supervisor (or Civil Supervisor) oversees daily construction activities to ensure projects meet design specifications, safety protocols, and budget constraints. Key responsibilities include managing on-site teams and subcontractors, coordinating with project managers and engineers, monitoring work quality and progress, enforcing safety regulations, and documenting project status through reports. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, often backed by a degree in civil engineering and significant construction experience.
• Sets and achieves business growth targets, expands into new markets, and drives sales in civil engineering and construction projects
• Supports the tendering process by identifying and applying for relevant projects
