Civil Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. If you are a skilled professional with proven experience in Dubai and possess the required Dubai Municipality approvals, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure all construction / concrete repair activities comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and health and safety standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve any on-site engineering issues that arise.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and site inspections.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Civil Engineer, with a significant portion of that experience gained in Dubai or the UAE.
• Possession of valid Dubai Municipality approval or wailing to get it.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
