QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a related field (Civil Engineer)
• Willing to be developed in Investment Activities
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Capable of design & analysis cat tools (Autocad must, statical & 3d drawings preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya
• Experienced about construction site applications for industrial structure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed in Engineering and Investment Section. Main responsibility area will be Construction and Building Maintenance in line with Toyota's short to mid term business policies & production plan.

• Management of construction site implementation
• Follow up construction legal license procurement activities
• Sketch drawings related construction
• Preparation of bidding documents
• Supporting establishment of a future vision of Toyota for further roll-out of the system
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong analytical problem solving skills
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
• Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
