Civil Engineer

Key Responsibility

· Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.

· Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.

· Ensure designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and environmental guidelines.

· Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

· Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

· Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

· Allocate tasks and provide technical guidance.

· Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to senior management.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

· Liaise with government agencies for necessary approvals.

· Prepare project estimates and budgets.

· Monitor expenses and optimize resources to control costs.

· Approve materials and manage procurement processes.

· Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.

· Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and presentations.

· Communicate project updates to stakeholders.

· Address and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

· Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.

· Implement best practices in civil engineering.

Requirements

· Graduates/ Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 - 7 years of post-qualification relevant work experience

· Experience in handling PWD/CPWD/Airport projects is desirable

· PMP certification is desirable
