Civil Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee site activities, ensure quality control, and manage construction processes effectively. The role involves supervising on-site operations, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to meet project timelines.
• Ensure quality standards and safety norms are strictly followed at the site.
• Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage at the site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
• Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and documentation work.
• Resolve technical/site issues in coordination with senior engineers.
• Verify drawings, layouts, and measurements as per project specifications.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Good communication and site management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
