Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and validate civil engineering drawings, design packages, and calculations.

Monitor and oversee site civil works such as land grading, roadworks, drainage systems, piling, foundations, and structural supports.

Coordinate with design consultants, EPC contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Inspect construction activities and ensure they meet approved drawings, industry standards, and QA/QC requirements.

Liaise with planning and procurement teams for timely availability of civil-related materials and equipment.

Track progress of civil works and ensure alignment with project schedule milestones.

Ensure proper implementation of geotechnical recommendations and erosion control measures.

Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, inspections, and as-built documentation.

Support HSE team in identifying civil work-related risks and implementing control measures.

Participate in technical audits and quality inspections with stakeholders.

Provide input during design review meetings and ensure constructability is considered.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar field.
Minimum years of Experience
-
Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience.

Experience in grading, foundations, drainage, and structural design implementation.

Familiarity with international and local building codes and civil standards.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.

Strong analytical, reporting, and site supervision skills.

Familiarity with construction and safety codes, international standards (ASME, API, IEC, ISO), and commissioning protocols.
