Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer with 2–4 years of UAE experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, QA/QC, and project execution within the construction or fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and assist in project documentation.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in civil or fit-out construction.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
