Job Title: Civil Estimation Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction and fit-out projects within the UAE, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and tendering processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and fit-out works</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors</li><li>Conduct cost analysis and prepare comparison reports</li><li>Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities</li><li>Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations</li><li>Maintain updated records of project costs and estimation data</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer</li><li>Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>UAE Driving License is mandatory</li><li>Only candidates with UAE experience and valid driving license will be considered</li><li>Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates may send their CV to hr at unitekuae dot comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
