Civil Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Civil Estimation Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction and fit-out projects within the UAE, with a strong understanding of cost estimation and tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and fit-out works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare comparison reports
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist in tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
• Maintain updated records of project costs and estimation data

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimation Engineer
• Proven experience in construction and fit-out projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and materials
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Only candidates with UAE experience and valid driving license will be considered
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
