Civil Estimation Engineer - Urgent Requirement

Amber Building Contracting LLC is seeking a qualified Civil Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in construction estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, tendering, and cost analysis for villa and building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare tender submissions, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Prepare project budgets and support project cost control activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, consultants, and site teams.
• Prepare variation orders, cost comparisons, and estimation reports.
• Maintain updated records of material, labor, and subcontractor rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction estimation.
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, tendering, and cost estimation.
• Experience in villa construction, residential buildings, and general civil works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction methods, materials, and market rates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
