Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling engineering projects and monitoring project delivery
• Managing compliance with quality assurance policies, standards, and project specifications
• Interacting with clients to understand their objectives and represent their best interests in sourcing, commissioning, or providing recommendations
• Handling overall quality inspections, including budgets, planning, and on-site progress, with regular project reports
• Assigning tasks and duties within a project team and providing consultative and mentoring advice
• Liaising with project management teams and other stakeholders to assist, provide technical expertise, or suggest appropriate methods
• Reviewing wider project deliverables and interpreting designs, budgets, and schedules to recommend corrective changes or revisions
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including as-built drawings, material records, and quality control reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction/Maintenance /Renovation industry, preferably in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE.

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A respectful, and responsible professional with a positive attitude who can effectively communicate and adhere to company policies.

Valid UAE Driving License.

English Proficiency.
