Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with proven experience in interior fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project timelines and budgets. A valid driving license is required as the role involves frequent site visits and coordination across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor fit-out and finishing works in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to approved plans.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, material requests, and as-built drawings.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Attend meetings with clients and project stakeholders as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with interior fit-out projects experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing details.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Ability to travel frequently between project sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination during fit-out works.
• Familiarity with local building codes and authority approvals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
