Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise ongoing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Construction)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction/project management
• Full proficiency in English and Hindi

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E. Civil with minimum 5 years of work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Konkani
• Experience handling projects with a cumulative built-up area of at least 3000 sq. m

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
