Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record on ADNOC projects to join our team for a large-scale civil construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the work complies with ADNOC standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil works on site in compliance with project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and ADNOC representatives.
• Ensure execution of works according to ADNOC standards and HSE requirements.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including method statements, ITPs, and technical submittals.
• Monitor progress, quality, and resource planning.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and liaise with the engineering and design team.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per ADNOC and project protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2–3 years on ADNOC projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC civil project specifications, procedures, and approval processes.
• ADNOC project approval or prior registration is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards.
