Hiring: Civil Engineer - 10 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Possesses proven experience in supervising the construction of a building located in Ajman, overseeing all site operations and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, progress reports, and project documentation
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals and permits.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, sub-contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in site execution and civil works coordination.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and civil regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, structural supervision, and site quality control.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
• Must have proven experience in supervising construction projects in Ajman.
