Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site activities for interior fit-out projects.

Ensure that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve project goals.

Monitor project schedules, track progress, and manage resources efficiently.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and workmanship issues promptly.

Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, document site activities, and maintain accurate records.

Manage material deliveries, storage, and proper handling of interior finishes.

Supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure productivity and quality.
-
Attend site meetings and provide technical guidance to the team.

Ensure final finishes meet client and consultant expectations and rectify defects.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of direct experience in interior fit-out projects is required
-
Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and construction methods specific to interior fit-outs.

Proven experience in managing interior projects in commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus
