Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the construction industry.
Collaborate with management to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry associations.
Provide best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Take ownership of the induction and onboarding processes.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist is a must in construction field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE, particularly related to recruitment and staffing.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Degree in Human Resources and Professional certification in recruitment or human resources management .
Excellent command of English , Arabic and Hindi written and spoken
