- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for interior fit out, design, and construction roles (project managers, engineers, QS, designers, site staff, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and networking within the industry.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and project-specific requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activity using ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Stay updated with interior fit out industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
