Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in villa construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing, supervising, and delivering high-quality residential villa projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of villa construction projects, ensuring work is completed within scope, budget, and schedule
• Supervise site activities including structural, architectural, and finishing works
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost control documents
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize delays
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely project delivery
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in villa construction (G+1, G+2, or luxury villas preferred)
• Proven experience in project execution, site management, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other engineering software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if applicable)
