Job Description
Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the constructions. Their duties include conducting site investigations, developing blueprints using CAD software, ensuring projects meet safety and environmental regulations, managing budgets and schedules, and collaborating with surveyors, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
- Project planning and design:
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies.

- Use computer software like CAD to create designs and blueprints.
- Design structures to withstand loads and ensure their structural integrity.
