About Us Since 2012, *Tru Prime Pvt. Ltd.* has operated Punjab’s largest 2000-head dairy farm, mostly HF, at Majara, about 32 km from Ludhiana and 8 km from Ahmedgarh.

The company now seeks to diversify into hydroponics-based multi-crop cultivation, utilizing sustainable practices and leveraging in-house resources.

The venture will consist of multiple hydroponic growing systems designed for cultivating a variety of high-value crops including leafy greens, herbs, exotic vegetables, and specialty fruits. Industry-leading hydroponic technologies will be employed to ensure precision farming with optimized water, nutrient, and space utilization.

The company will also explore the development of nutraceutical and medicinal plants under controlled hydroponic environments.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractors bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing sanitary systems, water supply sewage treatment, Electrical etc.

2. Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies.

3. Prepare and review technical documents, including designs, plans, and specifications.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors etc.

5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

6. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality

8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

9. Manage project management assistant staff and supervise their workload.

10. Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractor’s financial claims and process payments to contractor through the client’s organization.

11. Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.

12. Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality and good workmanship practice.

13. Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site.

14. Managing staff, financial reporting including annual/monthly budget and expenditure plans

15. Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress report

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Proven experience in civil engineering or related field.

4. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design software, and regulations.

5. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with design software AutoCAD and other relevant tools.

2. Familiarity with project management software.

3. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green infrastructure.

4. Experience with construction management and site supervision.
