Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant regulatory standards. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, sustainable, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply networks, drainage systems, and other public and private infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and data analysis to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial goals.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project integration and efficiency.
• Conduct structural analyses, risk assessments, and quality control inspections during design and construction phases.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement processes and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and client review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for senior roles).
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one is an asset.
• Proven experience in civil engineering design, construction, or project management (typically 2–5+ years).
• Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with regular site visits as required.
• May involve exposure to outdoor construction environments and varying weather conditions.
• Standard working hours with occasional overtime depending on project schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
