Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and purchase building finishing materials such as tiles, sanitary fittings, paints, electrical fixtures, woodwork items, etc.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material take-offs.
• Conduct quantity surveying for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans and as-built drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of material consumption, stock, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing for cost optimization.
• Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Civil engineering: 5 years (Required)
• AutoCAD: 5 years (Required)
