Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all civil works related to building construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of civil activities.
- Inspect site work to ensure quality and adherence to safety procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on project status.
- Resolve on-site technical issues related to civil works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and civil engineering practices.
- Experience working in the GCC is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ready to join immediately or on short notice (preferred).
