E. Roles and Responsibilities:

* Site Survey & Execution: Conduct detailed site surveys to assess project requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient execution aligned with project plans. Manage on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards during construction.

* Manpower Management: Supervise and optimize workforce performance, ensuring productivity, adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality output.

* Project Management: Own the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and as per specifications.

* Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

* Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials and services. Resolve vendor-related issues to prevent project delays.

* Presentations & Reporting: Prepare detailed and accurate project reports and presentations (PPTs) for stakeholders, tracking milestones and reporting progress.

* Problem Identification & Resolution: Identify potential site challenges and risks, developing proactive solutions to keep the project on track.

* Water Management Expertise: Apply knowledge of environmental and water-related projects to incorporate sustainable practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective water management.

* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, project teams, and internal departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth project execution.
