Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify RA Bills, client and contractor billing.
  • Conduct joint measurements and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Handle vendor and client coordination for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain material reconciliation and project-related records.
  • Prepare MIS reports, handle office documentation, and other billing-related paperwork.
  • Visit sites for progress updates, verification, and client inspections.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures, measurement, and material management.
  • Good documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.); basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage both office and site responsibilities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
