Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve project plans, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve any design or construction issues on site.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE construction regulations and safety codes (or your country codes).
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports for management.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and materials efficiently.
• Assist in procurement by evaluating materials and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Excellent site management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE experience and driving license (preferred).
