Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Estimation) to join our associate firm. The candidate should have strong experience in project estimation, quantity take-offs, preparing BOQs, and understanding construction drawings. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil works.
• Study and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and project proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for rate collection.
• Maintain updated records of material prices and market trends.
• Support the project team in planning and budgeting.
• Ensure estimation accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and rate analysis.
• Good understanding of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (if any).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
