Civil Engineer

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Civil Engineer to manage construction projects, property maintenance, and factory maintenance operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE municipality regulations and construction laws, and must be highly disciplined in reporting and documentation with strict on-time submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction, property maintenance, and factory maintenance works
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE municipality regulations, construction codes, and safety laws
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and government authorities
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and factory facilities
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports strictly on time (mandatory)
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and work timelines
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum [X] years UAE experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE municipality rules, construction permits, inspections, and approvals
• Proven experience in property & factory maintenance management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & reporting systems
• Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
• On-time reporting discipline is strictly mandatory
