About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, maintenance, and compliance of all civil works within our facilities. This role involves planning, supervising, and executing civil maintenance activities while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil maintenance and repair works for buildings and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely project execution.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for civil assets.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
