Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage civil maintenance works for residential and commercial buildings.
• Conduct site inspections to identify structural and finishing issues.
• Prepare work schedules, material requirements, and method statements.
• Supervise foremen and ensure quality of work as per standards.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for combined maintenance activities.
• Handle client complaints related to civil works and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Prepare reports, estimates, and maintenance records.
• Support cost control and material planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of civil repair, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License will be an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
