Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team as a Quality Control Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, including observations and quality notes.
• Develop Method of Statements (MOS) for various work activities.
• Prepare detailed checklists for the inspection and acceptance of construction items.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure implementation of quality procedures.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing and verifying materials and workmanship on-site.
• Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in construction quality control or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and materials.
• Proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD , sketch up and Revit.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or RMP (Risk Management Professional) certifications.
