Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve construction drawings, structural designs, and BOQ.
• Supervise all civil works on-site, ensuring quality execution as per project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Inspect and certify site work, materials, and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality & Trakhees construction regulations.
• Manage technical issues, NCRs, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Monitor project cost, timeline, materials, and labor requirements.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify subcontractor invoices.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project status to management.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules and company safety policies.
• Provide engineering solutions to site problems and design conflicts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years construction experience in the UAE (preferably Dubai projects).
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and approval procedures.
• Experience in building/warehouse/villa/commercial construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage).
• Dubai Municipality Engineer Registration is an advantage.
