Civil Engineer

Overview

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to support land development projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and resort sites. The role focuses on utility system design, grading, drainage, and hydrologic modeling. A PE license is not required. This engineer will support design staff, coordinate with agencies, and manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedules and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design of water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and utility systems
• Perform grading and drainage design for land development projects
• Use ICPR 4 and related tools for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling
• Support site development plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and resort projects
• Provide direction to design staff and support project execution
• Coordinate with local agencies and project stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and maintain schedules
• Communicate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
  
  

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent civil design experience
• Two or more years of land development design experience
• Experience with grading, drainage, and ICPR 4
• PE license not required
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
