Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Planning: Create blueprints for infrastructure using CAD software, analyzing data, maps, and survey reports.
- Project Management: Oversee construction, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
- Facility Management:
- Site Supervision: Conduct site investigations, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to plans and standards.
- Risk & Compliance: Assess environmental impact, identify risks, and ensure projects comply with safety, zoning, and environmental laws.
- Collaboration: Work with clients, architects, contractors, and government bodies to deliver projects.
