About the Role:

We are recruiting a Civil Engineer specializing in finishing and interior works to manage all aspects of building completion, including decorative and functional finishing elements in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finishing works including flooring, walls, ceilings, and interior systems
• Manage interior design and fit-out installations
• Supervise contractors and workers on finishing projects
• Ensure quality standards for all finishing materials and workmanship
• Coordinate with other trades during project execution
• Manage finishing project timelines and budgets
• Prepare finishing schedules and technical specifications
• Maintain expertise in current market prices for finishing materials
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finishing and interior works in UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Deep knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and quality control
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE market rates for finishing materials and labor
• Ability to cost-estimate finishing works and manage supplier relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
