Job Summary

We are seeking a DM-approved Civil Engineer (G+4) to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in structural design, assessment of existing buildings, and hands-on expertise in structural analysis software. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling discrepancy projects and structural evaluations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, and SAP software.
• Conduct detailed calculations and assessments for existing buildings.
• Carry out and supervise required structural tests for building assessment.
• Prepare and review structural reports and technical documentation.
• Provide recommendations and prepare method statements for discrepancy or rectification projects.
• Upload and manage structural drawings (as-built drawings and revised structural recommendations) on relevant authority portals.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements.

Requirements

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Engineer – G+4 Category (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of structural assessment and rehabilitation works.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and SAP software.
• Experience in conducting structural integrity tests and preparing technical evaluation reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with DM regulations and submission procedures.
• UAE driving Licensed

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling discrepancy or non-compliance projects.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage submissions efficiently.
