We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry who has handled finance and project accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site-level financial operations, vendor payments, project cost monitoring, and supporting overall financial efficiency of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and verify vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and ensure timely disbursement
  • Handle project-related accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
  • Monitor project-wise expenses and track budget utilization
  • Conduct cost estimation comparison with actual project expenses
  • Prepare project cost reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management
  • Perform vendor and subcontractor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material budgeting and financial planning
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, BOQs, work orders, purchase orders, and payment schedules
  • Support management in cost control initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure financial compliance as per company and project requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Civil)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects with exposure to financial handling
  • Strong understanding of project costing, billing, BOQ analysis, and vendor management
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and construction financial processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
