Job Title: SCivil Engineer

Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co. is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our project team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil construction activities, ensuring high standards in project execution, quality control, and site coordination. The role requires strong technical expertise in concrete works, external utility installations, and site supervision, along with the ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate concrete works, including foundations, structural elements, and related civil components.
• Oversee and coordinate external utility installation works such as drainage, sewerage, water supply, and other infrastructure services.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures during project execution.
• Review project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to ensure proper implementation on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare and submit site progress reports, technical documentation, and updates to project management.
• Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil construction projects, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong technical experience in concrete works and structural construction activities.
• Hands-on experience in external utility installations, including underground services and infrastructure works.
• Demonstrated experience in site supervision, construction management, and project coordination.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical documents accurately.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with project stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD800.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
