Site Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Site Engineer with proven experience on Ashghal building projects. The candidate will play a critical role in overseeing on-site works, ensuring compliance with Ashghal standards, and managing coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise architectural site activities as per Ashghal-approved drawings and specifications
• Ensure full compliance with Ashghal regulations, standards, and QA/QC procedures
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams to resolve technical issues
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Review and verify architectural shop drawings and materials for submission and approval
• Prepare daily site reports, progress tracking, and documentation as per Ashghal requirements
• Assist in responding to NCRs, RFIs, and ensure timely corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Engineer on Ashghal projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or project management tools is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, construction sequencing, and materials
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
• Must be based in Qatar with valid QID and NOC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
