Civil Engineer (6 Years Dubai Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with at least 6 years of Dubai experience to manage and oversee construction projects. The candidate must hold relevant certifications and have strong knowledge of Dubai regulations and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Manage approvals, shop drawings, and method statements
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of Dubai experience (mandatory)
• Relevant engineering certifications are mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and authority regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Primavera/MS Project is a plus)
• Strong communication and site management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Mandatory Certifications:

• Engineering Degree Certificate (Attested)
• Dubai Municipality / Trakhees / Relevant Authority Approval (preferred)
• Professional certifications (PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dubai Driving License
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
