Civil Engineer

We are looking for Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on site experience in building construction/swimming pool projects.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:-

Civil Drawings Analysis & Execution

Ability to study, interpret and execute civil and architectural drawings.

Coordination with main contractors, consultants and design teams.

Coordinate with Subcontractors and execute the work within the project timeline.

Quantity Survey & Measurement.

Preparation and verification of quantities as per drawings.

Taking site measurements and preparing BOQ comparisons.

Project Execution Documentation

Project Schedule, MIR ,WIR ,Shop Drawing Submissions & CRS etc.

Follow-up for approvals and documentation control.

Site Execution & Coordination

Supervision and execution of civil works including:

Concrete works, Plastering, Waterproofing & Tile finishes

Coordination with subcontractors and their teams.

Ensuring work quality and adherence to project schedule.

Billing & Certification

Taking measurements and timely preparation of invoices.

Preparation of subcontractor payment certificates.

Software Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Salary : RO 300 – 450 + Accommodation + yearly leave and air tickets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO420.000 per month
