Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer (10+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 10 years of professional experience in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings prepared using software like AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and ETABS.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets using project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control.
• Proficiency in engineering and project management software.
