Civil Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on site experience in building construction and swimming pool projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work.

Required Skills & ResponsibilitiesCivil Drawings Analysis & Execution

• Ability to study, interpret, and execute civil and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and design teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is executed within the project timeline.

Quantity Survey & Measurement

• Preparation and verification of quantities as per drawings.
• Take site measurements and prepare BOQ comparisons.
• Monitor quantities and support project cost control.

Project Execution Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including Project Schedule, MIR, WIR, Shop Drawing Submissions, and CRS.
• Follow up with consultants for approvals and maintain proper documentation control.
• Ensure project documents are updated and maintained accurately.

Site Execution & Coordination

• Supervise and execute civil works including:
• Concrete works
• Plastering
• Waterproofing
• Tile finishes
• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and their teams.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to the project schedule.

Billing & Certification

• Take site measurements and prepare project invoices on time.
• Prepare subcontractor payment certificates based on completed work.

Software Knowledge

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site experience in building construction or swimming pool projects.
• Good knowledge of site execution, measurements, and project documentation.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RO 300 – 450 per month
• Yearly Leave: As per company policy
